    Cooling gel is fair

    I bought this primarily for the cooling gel and, while it does work, I have had better cooling gel pillows. They used to sell one at my local Costco that I can't find anymore so I landed on this. I would not totally recommend it if the cooling gel is your primary interest.That said the pillow is very comfortable.The one other minor issue I have is that the pillow has a hard ridge on the edges of both sides. If you like to sleep on the edges of a pillow you can definitely notice it.

    Great for about 6 months

    I bought this pillow 6 months ago, and for those 6 months it was super soft, supportive, and wonderful. It didn't really have a cool to the touch feeling, but wasn't hot either. Perfect. However, now, 6 months later, the pillow has broken down and is no longer offering neck support.

    I don't feel that the pillow is comfortable. It is to hard. Causes me to have headaches

    My grandson was having a problem sleeping. He said he kept waking up during the night because he was hot and would have to search around for a cool pillow to be able to go back to sleep. Now he says he is sleeping through the night because of his new pillow! I’m very pleased with this product!

    Great side sleeping support. And great support for back sleeping. My neck and shoulder pain is gone! Truly does feel like a--supportive--cloud. And the cooling gel effect is an added bonus. I highly recommend this pillow.
