The body will heal itself if you allow it to and being able to obtain optimum health in life is crucial and the proper amount of sleep plays an important role in achieving just that. Being that the human body lies in bed for roughly 1/3 of their life, picking the right mattress is important. The team at Perfect Cloud seems to also agree with the previous statement. I stand behind this product and will continue to refer my patients to try out a Perfect Cloud. There is no risk in doing so either. The team at Perfect Cloud wants to make sure their clients are happy, and rested, so if you’re not simply, pick up the phone and contact them. They’ll work with you, but don’t worry you won’t be calling them!

Final Analysis

The “Perfect Cloud” Hybrid mattress… Where to EVEN begin to start? Well, one thing for sure, the name is incredible and lives up to the quality of the mattress. Back-story: my wife and I have had the same mattress from a competitor for roughly 6 years. We have been complaining for quite some time how uncomfortable it is and how hot it gets. With that being said, purchasing a new mattress has been something on our mind for quite some time. Hearing stories of people spending the amount of a small car on a mattress just wasn’t in the cards.

Being in the healthcare industry as a Chiropractor, my job is to protect and support the spine. This mattress does JUST that and I can safely say this mattress gets my Chiropractic stamp of approval. Your mattress in a crucial item in the household. It will make or break your full sleep cycle. It will also determine how waking up on a Monday morning early will be. The technology behind this mattress is incredible. I am a hot body sleeper and the Hybrid mattress outdoes itself with the cooling technology that it offers. The middle and top layer of this Hybrid offer 2 types of cooling gel that seem to wick away the body heat leaving you cool and dry which is incredible. You will NOT regret purchasing this mattress! Perfect Cloud outdoes themselves in all aspects from the minute of purchase to the delivery at the front door.

CUTOMER SERVICE 

With regards to customer service, I was dealing with Brenton. If he can be requested when you call DO IT! He’s incredible. Brenton was with me every step of the way and making sure I chose the right mattress for me. This company was always very responsive and responded to some pretty tough questions. They didn’t ever shame other competitors, but simply just offered information about their company and why I should go with their product.

QUALITY CONTROL

The packaging was incredible with this mattress, to good actually. It has been raining here in South Florida for days now. The outside box was slightly wet, but the mattress basically looked like it was packed in a scuba suit. AIR TIGHT! Once the box was delivered, to my front door, I got excited and decided to dive on it and remove my old mattress ASAP. Please read the instructions carefully on the mattress before you begin. My only complaint that it doesn’t mention is to make sure the zipper side of the mattress cover is down once you remove the outer plastic layer. I just didn’t even notice this feature.

DELIVERY

Something small but I’m not sure how or what UPS is told by this company, but the UPS driver offered to help me unbox this item since he knows how heavy they can be. I would’ve taken him up on this offer, but I just had too much prep work to take care of and I didn’t want to mess up his delivery route.
