You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

MATTRESSES: The 120-day sleep trial only applies to mattresses purchased through the perfectcloudmattress.com website and is not valid for purchases on other marketplaces. The 120-day sleep trial is not valid on pillows and wedges. Once used, those products can only be returned/replaced under warranty claims.
All pillows returns must comply with the following requirements.
- Pillows must be in resalable condition
- Pillows cannot have been opened
- You must have the original packaging for the item
- There cannot be any writing or labels on the packaging for the item
- Return postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase

- All items must be returned with a copy of the original emailed receipt
- Once return received, the cost of the product minus a 20% restocking fee will be refunded, allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.
