MADE IN THE USA - Elegance Memory Foam Mattress

Our second memory foam mattress purchased online. First was a slightly less expensive model for the guest room. Based on this, we purchased the Perfect Cloud in King size to replace an aging pillowtop in the MBR. Takes a little getting used to due its lack of body sag, compared to the old mattress, but the lower back pain relief was immediate. This seems to be a quality product, and was promptly delivered in perfect condition. 'Fluffs up' to advertised thickness in a short time, and we slept on it the first night after placing it in the morning.

Perfect Cloud Gel-Pro 12 Inch Memory Foam MattressI read the reviews on this product and it sounded perfect for me. I had been sleeping on a cheap memory foam mattress from Costco that was about 10 years old. It does seem to be made of good quality materials but it just does not work for me. My lower back has been aching since the first night and continues to get worse with every day I use this mattress. The first few inches of foam seem very soft. Almost useless for support. Then the layer under it is hard as a rock. My hops do not sink down far enough pushing my spine out of alignment. I am a side sleeper and for relief I have tried sleeping on my back. My butt will not sink down low enough or the foam come up high enough to give the small of my back support in that position either. Bottom line, I lost $600 on this mattress. I will try to sell it on Craigslist. I just ordered another mattress from Amazon which should arrive tomorrow. It is the Sleep Innovations Alden 14-inch Memory Foam Mattress. I pray this mattress will work better for me.

I had to get a new bed after a divorce... this one look as close to the iComfort one that I really loved. From the first moment of laying on it, it felt just like the iComfort. I will update this after sleeping on it for a few months... but I can honestly say that this mattress is amazing! The biggest reason I bought the iComfort one before was because the great way it was able to give the same type of comfort to my, at the time 2yr old son. This mattress gives the same support and allows my son and I a awesome night sleep.

Got my mattress on time, well packaged. It is fairly heavy, but my son moved it for me. Got it on the bed frame, unrolled it, and poked a hole in the vacuum packing with my finger - it was amazing to hear the intake of air, in mere seconds it went for 2-3 inches to about 6 inches. The instructions said it would fully inflate in 3-4 hours, but I left it 24 hours before sleeping on it for the first time. It unrolls upside down, so I flipped it over right away before it became unmanageable through being fully reconstituted with air. There is a very faint odor to this mattress, but nothing offensive to me, and very, very faint. I let this regain its inflation in a closed room for a day and the odor was only noticeable for the first few seconds on re-entering the room. Last night, I slept on it the first time. It is very different than a spring mattress. Years ago, I had slept on a Temperpedic and found it way too soft and hated that feeling of sinking in deeply. They have come a long way since then. This mattress has multiple layers with a core that is very firm and supportive, then with a more medium cushioning layer, and topped with a gel-foam later. The effect is it conformed to my body, indenting to conform and support, but not to swallow me up. I am a side sleeper, but for fun had to try out most possible sleeping positions. i was surprised how quickly it adapted to my changing positions. It is a new way of moving around than on a spring mattress, but the learning curve was not steep. I then dropped off into a deep sleep and actually slept until 8 am - something I have not done in decades, usually because my back gets uncomfortable. No back pain at all this morning. I have very bad knees, one of which is scheduled for surgical replacement in 2 weeks. On my spring mattress, I required pillows to create a position where my knee could be relatively pain free. This mattress allowed me to have knee comfort without a pillow. That is saying quite a lot!! After delivery, reconstitution and one night of sleep, I am very pleased. I am a larger gal, in the upper 200# range, and I think this mattress is going to be just dandy for me.
