Morning back ache and body pain gone since first nights sleep.

I have bought i comfort mattresses and pillow top mattresses that were over double the price of this mattress. All felt extremely comfortable to lay on but I was constantly getting up multiple times every night and they lost there comfort to me within a few months. I was very close to spending well over 2 or 3 grand for a slelep number bed, but that kind of investment was out of my reach. When I first laid on this mattress I wasnt overly comfortable. I thought the matress was going to take some getting used too. That being said, from the very first night, I fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night without tossing snd turning. It also keeps me from getting hot while I sleep. When I wake up I do feel like I was cradles on a cloud. My husband also sleeps like a rock. He has disk problems in his neck and back and used to wake up with headaches and back pain. He hasnt complained of a headache or back pain since we received this mattress. I look forward to bedtime now and know I am going to sleep comfortably and soundly. Thank you to the makers of this mattress and its affordability. I would recommend this mattress to anyone who wants a restful nights sleep.

i had a chance to sleep on this mattress for a few nights when i stayed at a friends house. the elegance is the softest mattress in the perfect cloud series, but it's not soft enough. the first problem with the mattress is the firmness. while this mattress is not hard as a rock, it is fairly firm. now, most orthopedic physicians will tell you that a firm mattress is best for your back. in my experience, this is completely backwards. on a firm mattress, your spine is aligned with your torso (because the mattress is firm, there's not much sinking going on), so it is like sleeping on a flat board. this is absolutely terrible for your back if you are a back sleeper. it's not so bad if you are a side sleeper. you want a soft mattress if you have back issues because then your hips can sink lower than your torso allowing your back to have the natural 's' shape that you have when you stand up. with this particular mattress, i woke up in extreme agony with my back, something that never happens with my mattress at home (i have a tempurpedic cloud mattress).second, this mattress traps heat like crazy. i kept having to pull my legs out from underneath the covers to keep from burning up. the covers weren't that thick either and the thread count was low so they can breathe. the mattress has a cool gel layer but unfortunately this layer is too deep into the mattress to have any effect. keep in mind, this thing heated up within an hour in a room that was 70 degrees (the room was cold). i can't imagine what this mattress would feel like in the summer months. after rolling over, i placed my hand on the mattress and it felt like it was 90 degrees. absolutely on fire. if you are a cold sleeper, then you'd probably like this mattress.in short, i can't recommend this mattress because it is too firm and way too hot.

Wow! Maybe I just feel this way because I spent the past year sleeping on a really uncomfortable bed, but this bed is incredible. My sciatic nerve and back pain has almost vanished. I also work on my feet for my entire shift, and I have noticed my feet and ankle pain feels better, too. It takes some getting used to if you are switching from a really firm bed; for the first couple of days I was sore when I would wake up. After a week, I felt better than I had in a long time. I sleep harder and better, also. I switched to working overnights not long before I got this bed, and now I'm getting much more restful sleep. It takes about 4 or 5 hours to set up once you first get it, but after that it is ready to go. I can't believe how cheap this bed is for the quality! We use it with just a platform bed frame and it gives us plenty of support. My husband and I are both fat, collectively weighing almost 500lbs. We have not noticed any sagging or weakness and we've had the bed for two months now.
