    we were very hesitant to order a mattress on line without seeing/trying it live, if not for the return policy we would not have done it, that said the mattress arrived on time as described we opened and unpacked it per the instructions with no problems , let it expand for a day and put it on the platform bed frame , seemed a little weird the first night but slept well , now have slept 7 nights and we love this bed wake up with no back/hip/knee pain sleeping longer with out waking to roll over I would suggest this bed to anyone

    I have tried both the UltraPlush Gel Max 10 inch as well as the Elegance Gel Pro 12 inch version. This review will also be a quick comparison of the two mattresses.I originally got the Elegance 12 inch queen size with the intention of using it for my new loft bed but it was too thick when we moved it from a normal queen bed frame into the loft, it made it feel like sleeping in a coffin. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable so I was sad to have to send it back.ELEGANCE Gel Pro 12 InchI really liked the Elegance Gel Pro 12 inch and unfortunately had to return it to get more room in our sleeping loft. The 2inch difference between the 12inch and 10 inch made a world of difference for us. I really liked the 12 inch version because you sink in instantly and feel like you're being cradled by the mattress. I felt completely supported and secure, and couldn't feel it if my wife started doing jumping jacks on the bed, it really isolates any movement. This mattress is intended for the person who wants to feel ultimate luxury with a little more softness compared to the 10 inch Ultra Plush. I had never slept so well in my entire life until I got these Perfect Cloud mattresses.The one real difference I found between the 12inch and 10inch is that the Elegance 12inch has more of a securing, enveloping feel; it almost wraps around your body when you lay down on it. I prefer the slightly firmer/more responsive feel of the 10' Ultraplush.....thats just my personal preference because of my back problems. The 12' Elegance did have a more 'Luxurious' super weightless feel to it. Neither one had an overwhelming fumes smell but I did notice that the 10' inch ultraplush had slightly more smell to it, but I actually liked it kind of like having a new car; it smelled fresh and new.I highly recommend both mattresses! With my back problems I have to be extremely picky and I was highly sceptical about buying a mattress online because I have always bought brand name innerspring mattresses (Sealy posturepedic etc). This online mattress business seems to be the future, I have been extremely impressed with the quality of these vacuum sealed Perfect Cloud mattresses so far and I only expect to love them even more as time goes by since they come with a 10 year warranty. I really believe that this mattress could be sold for $3k plus with a label like Temperpedic etc.Since I have had both I would be happy to answer any specific questions so please reply to this post and I will try to answer anything I haven't covered....I'm not a mattress expert by any means but I have slept on both. Both of them have given me a much deeper sleep with less pain in the morning.
